Video Editor

You'll edit short-form and long-form videos across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and websites — combining visual storytelling, pacing, and design to produce editorial-quality content that converts. The role needs a refined eye, an understanding of the medical and beauty space, and the skill to craft cinematic video that performs.

Expect to produce 10–25 high-quality edits per week.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble short-form (10–90 sec) and long-form (1–5 min) video using client footage, stock, and AI elements
• Produce high-performing ads and reels for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Design editorial-style brand videos: doctor features, testimonials, treatment highlights
• Add motion graphics, titles, and transitions in line with luxury aesthetic branding
• Colour grade, sound design, and refine for cinematic consistency
• Research and adapt viral content trends for the aesthetics and medical spa niche
• Work closely with creative directors, marketers, and account managers
• Maintain an organised asset library and project workflow

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years professional editing experience (agency, brand, or freelance)
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Proven experience creating cinematic ad creative that performs on social
• Advanced understanding of story pacing, transitions, and narrative rhythm
• Ability to integrate stock and AI-generated visuals seamlessly
• Strong sense of colour, tone, and brand aesthetic alignment
• Bonus: experience with AI video tools
• Portfolio showing cinematic, editorial, or luxury-style work — ideally beauty, fashion, or medical aesthetics

Compensation

• Base monthly salary: $1,000 – $2,500 USD, depending on experience and performance
