Creative Account Manager

We're hiring a Creative Account Manager to manage creative campaigns and client communication for beauty, medical spa, and plastic surgery brands.

This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, real familiarity with cosmetic treatments, and a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content strategy. You'll coordinate creative execution, approve content, manage influencer collaborations, and make sure client expectations are met.

Campaign and creative coordination

  • Coordinate active client campaigns
  • Assign tasks to web and video editors
  • Review and approve creative content
  • Make sure content meets brand and aesthetic standards
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals

Creative and content ideation

  • Develop content and video ideas around aesthetic treatments, results and transformations, and educational or trend-based formats
  • Translate social trends into clear creative direction

Influencer programme management

  • Vet influencers for campaign and brand fit
  • Manage influencer communication and coordination
  • Oversee influencer content timelines and approvals

Client communication

  • Serve as a customer-facing point of contact
  • Manage client feedback and revisions
  • Communicate clearly with internal creative teams
  • Maintain a professional, organised client experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with medical spas, plastic surgery practices, or aesthetic brands
  • Strong visual judgment, with the ability to evaluate and approve beauty-focused creative
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including current formats and creator-style content
  • Experience coordinating creative teams, workflows, assignments, and approvals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage client feedback clearly
  • Highly organised across multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders

Compensation

  • Month 1: $1,500 USD
  • Month 2: $1,750 USD
  • Month 3: $2,500 USD
  • 90-day performance review: eligible increase to $3,500 USD per month
