Senior AI Automation & GHL Architect

We are looking for a technical powerhouse to architect the automated infrastructure behind our plastic surgery and medical spa clients. This is not a settings-manager role; it is an engineering-first position.

You will build the nervous system of our marketing: connecting systems through their APIs, owning the integration layer, and using AI to make funnels that adapt rather than sit still. If you think in logic gates, data schemas, and JSON payloads, this is your role.

Automation architecture and API integration

• Design, deploy, and maintain reusable account templates across dozens of clinic sub-accounts
• Build and maintain complex workflows that bridge our CRM with external platforms over REST APIs and webhooks
• Build non-linear workflow logic — conditional branches, waits, and goal triggers — that handles a real patient journey
• Handle JSON payloads with precision: extract, transform, and load data across systems so lead data stays accurate end to end
• Integrate AI into automation steps for lead sentiment analysis, personalised messaging, and content classification

Conversion and funnel engineering

• Keep landing pages, tracking, and CRM triggers working as a closed loop
• Read developer documentation to diagnose API failures, authentication errors, and script conflicts
• Build speed-to-lead engines driven by business hours, lead scoring, and rep availability

Data and attribution

• Map UTM parameters through the entire funnel into CRM fields for 1:1 ROI reporting
• Push data into reporting pipelines that feed client dashboards

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Fluent with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON — you read docs rather than guess
• Experience building multi-step automation with real branching logic, not linear sequences
• Comfortable debugging integrations end to end, across more than one system
• Bonus: technical SEO, and experience wiring AI models into production workflows

Compensation

Discussed on the first call and benchmarked to your experience. We would rather agree a number that reflects what you actually bring than post a band and negotiate down from it.
