Senior Web Designer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Web Designer. This is a high-output role focused on designing and delivering exceptional, high-performance landing pages at scale, alongside full website design projects.

The right person thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of producing conversion-focused designs efficiently, without sacrificing quality.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Design high-performance landing pages at volume — this is the primary daily focus
• Rapidly iterate on landing page designs optimised for conversion
• Use AI tools to accelerate design production while holding quality
• Provide content approval for key design projects when needed
• Work with copywriters to create cohesive, conversion-focused pages
• Coordinate timelines with the Creative Account Manager

Project-based work

• Lead large-scale, full website design projects from concept to completion
• Oversee complex, multi-page website builds for clients
• Manage design direction and brand consistency across entire site architectures

Key requirements

• 5+ years in web design, with a portfolio of high-performance websites and landing pages
• Proven ability to deliver high-quantity output while maintaining design excellence
• Demonstrated experience designing landing pages at scale
• Expert proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Real investment in AI frameworks and workflow integration, including AI image generation
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, conversion optimisation, and user psychology
• Experience with responsive, mobile-first design
• Portfolio showing measurable results — conversion rates, engagement metrics
• Excellent time management

Compensation

• Month 1: $1,000 USD
• Month 2: $1,200 USD
• Month 3: $1,500 USD
• After 90-day performance review: $3,000 USD per month, subject to review and KPIs
